Shipping

Anastasia Skin Care typically uses the United States Post Office (USPS) as our shipping carrier, via Priority Mail. This service provides delivery confirmation, but does not offer tracking. We may at times use a different shipping carrier, such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL. Please allow extra time for shipping during holidays and when a product has been featured in the press. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday 3 pm – Sunday night) will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, Anastasia Skin Care does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any products sold on this site. This policy is without exception and returns are not accepted for any reason. Anastasia Skin Care will not be held responsible for allergic reactions suffered due to any ingredients that may be contained in the products we offer for sale on this site.
